DUTIES OF MERCHANT BUYER ON REJECTION OF GOODS
Seller has no agent or place of business at the place for tender of the goods, and in the event of a rightful rejection of any goods by buyer, buyer shall follow any reasonable instructions received from seller with respect to the goods. If no reasonable instructions are furnished to buyer by seller within days after any request for instructions, buyer may sell the goods for the account of seller.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
